1. For foreign passengers, please contact customer service after booking and provide a screenshot of the passport information page. The screenshot should be as clear and bright as possible. If the coaching team does not receive the information on the passport page 2 days before the activity, they will not be able to arrange activity insurance. Passengers will carry out the activity without insurance. If there is any accidental damage, the passenger shall be responsible for it, and the insurance related expenses will not be refunded. 2. The recommended age for the activity is 7 years old and above, with a height of 110 cm and above, and healthy and healthy. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma and other diseases, or if you are pregnant, please do not participate.
3. Do not wear perfume or strong-smelling cosmetics, which will easily attract bees and mosquitoes. Please trim your nails before activities. Long nails are easy to break during activities.
4. It is strongly recommended to bring your own items: a small backpack that can be used in the water, towels, water bottles, biscuits, snacks, health insurance cards, slippers, a change of clothes, swimming goggles and personal habits; please wear glasses with a strap to prevent being caught by the stream wash away. If you wear contact lenses, please bring an extra pair of ordinary glasses into the water as a spare, and put them in your backpack.
5. Please gather 10 minutes in advance and do not be late. In order to ensure the rights and interests of all participants, if you are late for more than 20 minutes, you will be deemed to have given up participating in the activity and no refund will be given.
6. On-site coaches reserve the right to on-site route planning and activity arrangements. All tours are merged. If you request not to join the tour, please handle it separately. The number of people must reach 20.
7. If you need to use the adjacent parking lot, the parking fee for each car is 100 yuan, which is not included in the cost of tracing the river. Please pay it to the parking lot administrator on site.
8. Activities on rainy days will continue as usual and will not be canceled or postponed due to rain. In case of irresistible factors such as earthquakes, heavy rains, and road conditions, please discuss with the coach first, and you can arrange to postpone the departure to make up for the hours.
9. The activity of tracing the river is quite exhausting, and the bento box may not be enough to satiate you. It is recommended to bring more dry food and snacks.
10. Winter clothing is only provided for the whole river tracing! If you are participating in the half-time program and are afraid of the cold, you can bring your own winter clothes (there are no rental clothes on site).
