◗ Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
◗ Only ticket holders may participate. Those without tickets are not permitted to accompany or join the activity.
◗ To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds.
◗ Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damage caused by non-compliance will be the responsibility of the participant.
◗ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or refunds.
◗ If you choose to withdraw from the activity for reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued.
◗ If the class is canceled due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or refunds. In the event of a typhoon, the cancellation and refund standards announced by the location of the event will apply, regardless of the participant's location.
◗ The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for promotional purposes on social media and other recruitment channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
◗ Accompanying guests or observers are not permitted in the workshop.
Cancellations due to special circumstances must be notified at least three days prior to the event date. Otherwise, no refunds will be issued; only rescheduling or switching to another course is possible.
