Temporary Tattoo Directions:
1. Cut out the image.
2. Skin should be clean & free oils & make up.
3. Remove clear protective top sheet.
4. Press tattoo firmly onto clean, dry skin with design facing down.
5. Use wet cloth to wet the back of tattoo thoroughly and wait 20 sec.
6. Gently peel off paper backing and rinse image with water for best effect.
