Unlike synthetic or coated leathers that appear flawless, veg-tan leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique markings and imperfections from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins. These are not considered defects. During processing, shipping, and crafting, minor indentations or scratches may occur. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within normal range. In respect for life and natural materials, we cannot (and will not) completely avoid these marks, except for major blemishes. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product may not be as perfectly uniform as machine-produced items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, deepen in color, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique character. This is the nature of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece a captivating work of art. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays can have color variations. Secondly, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches due to variations in production runs and storage times. Even on the same piece of hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from previous and subsequent orders will not be identical. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made-to-order as a "customized item." Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specific requests are made at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossing" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. (The finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed.) Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "customized items" are not subject to an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
