A maximum of three revisions is allowed. ★ The initial layout is free of charge. Minor text adjustments are also complimentary. If you need to reorder in the future, it will be treated as a new order. ★ Once the final proof is confirmed for printing, temporary cancellations or order/content modifications will not be accepted. ⭐️ Shipping ★ Paper37Shop endeavors to protect products during shipping. We also aim to reuse packaging materials for environmental conservation. ★ If the product is damaged during transit, please take photos immediately and send them to us. After determining liability, we will arrange for returns or exchanges based on the situation. Thank you for your understanding. 🔔 About Color Differences Screen colors and print colors differ due to varying color gamuts, resulting in distinct color appearances. ★ Screen colors are RGB → Displayed on a light-emitting screen, colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors are CMYK → Ink cannot reproduce certain extremely bright colors. The final printed product will appear slightly less saturated and darker than screen colors. Therefore, a color difference between the product and the on-screen artwork is normal. The color difference in printed output cannot be based on the customer's screen. Different paper types, ink batches, and ambient humidity on the printing day can all affect color performance. If you have precise color requirements, please consider carefully before ordering. 🔔 Custom products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. If uncollected, fees may be pursued in accordance with the "Consumer Protection Act." Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act states that consumers engaging in distance or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving goods or services by returning the goods or providing written notice, without needing to explain reasons or bear any costs or consideration. The proviso of the same paragraph states that there are reasonable exceptions for distance transactions. The "Rules for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions," announced by the Executive Yuan at the end of 2015 and effective from January 1, 2016, stipulates in Article 2, Item 2 that "deliveries customized according to consumer requirements" may be excluded from the right of contract dissolution within seven days as stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. ⛔️ Custom products do not offer cash on delivery services. ⛔️ Custom products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period.
