If it accidentally got wet while you are wearing them, dap it dry and let it expose under the sun until thoroughly dried. As no preservatives were used in making the incense beads, there might be a chance of them becoming mouldy. No worries, clean them with a brush and let them dry; you could even spray them with alcohol and again, leave them to dry in the sun.
