[About Customization]
Scope: Engraving for 2 people + one line of text
1. Style: 2 portrait styles: Cartoon Portrait / Realistic Portrait
Cartoon Portrait: A more chibi, exaggerated depiction, not entirely realistic.
Realistic Portrait: A realistic depiction based on the photo, closely resembling the person.
2. Text: One line of text engraving.
3. Photo: Provide a clear half-body/full-body photo. Portrait drafts are drawn based on photo resemblance, so please choose your photos carefully.
4. Draft: A draft will be provided after payment is completed. Minor adjustments and revisions are allowed. Redrawing with a different photo or canceling the order at this stage will incur a drafting fee. Additional fee for portraits exceeding 2 people: $100/person.
5. Artwork: If the order is canceled after the artwork is provided, design fees will be charged: Artwork fee $150, Portrait design fee $100/person.
6. Engraving: By default, all labels are removed and engraving is done on the front. If you wish to engrave a different design on the back, an additional fee of $100 applies. Color options include gold/silver. For additional colors, please communicate with us; each extra color incurs an additional fee of $50.
7. Timeline: Work will be completed within 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from the confirmation of the draft.
8. Rush Orders: For rush orders, please communicate with us first to confirm your desired delivery date before purchasing the rush service.
