The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, national holidays, and natural disasters). If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to inquire about stock availability or their capacity to expedite production. Items that undergo factory processing typically require more time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
