The fabric has undergone pre-shrinking and setting treatment. Natural fiber shrinkage according to international standards is -3% to -5%. It can be restored by ironing and stretching. Gentle hand washing in cold water is recommended. Avoid prolonged soaking. If you do not typically iron, it is advisable to allow extra room during production. 3. Fabrics are custom cut to order. They are cut according to the requested length. Please ensure the unit, quantity, and color meet your needs before placing an order. Once cut, and unless there is a cutting error or a non-human-induced defect, returns or exchanges for personal reasons are not accepted, in accordance with Article 2 of the "Guiding Principles for Exceptions to the Reasonable Exercise of the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions" as promulgated by the Executive Yuan. 4. Fabrics are hand-cut, and minor imperfections such as small nicks or slightly uneven edges may occur. Sufficient length will be provided to compensate for these. Slight imperfections may appear during the production of fabric goods. We inspect all items before shipment. If any anomalies are found, we will contact you proactively and provide the corresponding quantity to ensure usability after cutting. 5. If you receive an order with unexpected missing items, severe damage, or insufficient yardage, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will actively address the issue and cover the shipping costs.
