Honmino-shi is the premium quality washi (Japanese paper) solely consisted of kozo (mulberry bark fiber), and made using specialized tools and traditional methods recognized by UNESCO as one of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Each piece is then folded by hand, coated with resin and transformed into a piece of jewelry that highlights washi’s soft texture and delicate transparency.
