/// Material and Size of the Artwork /// The artwork is made of camphor wood and may have a slight camphor scent. Each piece will have unique wood grain patterns, and even with coloring, the wood grain will still be subtly visible, preserving the original texture of the wood. The size of the artwork is generally around 10 cm for the longest side, but other requirements can be discussed separately. /// Process /// The price of the product may vary depending on the requirements. Please provide clear photos and confirm the pose of the sculpture for price and time assessment. Please provide clear front, side, back, and top-down angle photos of the pet. It would be better to provide photos taken around the same period to avoid differences. If photos of different period cause differences in the production, the sculptor has the right to refuse modifications or charge additional fees for modifications. If there are specific features of the pet that you want to be included in the artwork, please provide notes and explanations. After the artwork is completed, photos of the finished piece will be sent. If modifications are needed, please request within 24 hours from receiving the photos. However, wood carving involves removing the volume of the wood, so the modifications would be limited. Additionally, making modifications and coloring again may result in slight color differences. Acceptance of such differences is required for modifications. /// Ordering Information /// The artwork will emphasize the characteristics of the pet and may not be hyperrealistic. The artwork will also reflect the personal style and characteristics of the artist. Please confirm your acceptance of the artist's style before commissioning. Each piece is handmade and may require a longer production time. If you need to receive the artwork by a specific date, please indicate beforehand, and we will reassess. As the product is custom-made, if a refund is requested after placing an order but before starting production, a consultation and refund handling fee of NTD 500 will be deducted from the refund amount. If a refund is requested after production has started, the designer has the right to refuse the refund. If a refund is approved, only less than half of the product price and shipping fee will be refunded, and the unfinished artwork will not be shipped.
