Revisions & Adjustments: Each finished piece includes one complimentary revision for minor contour adjustments or corrections due to production errors. Modifications to the content mid-process will incur material and labor fees based on the circumstances. 2. Subjective Differences: After placing an order, refunds or returns based on personal aesthetic preferences such as "not as imagined" or "different proportions" cannot be accommodated. Please refer to the existing styles in our shop. Handmade items may not achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realism. 3. After-Sales Service & Order Abandonment: This product is a custom-made, non-refundable item and is exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period. Failure to collect an order without valid reason will be treated as malicious abandonment, and we reserve the right to pursue civil liabilities. 4. Work Sharing: Photos of finished pieces may be publicly shared on our platforms (personal information will be hidden). Please inform us in advance if you do not wish for your work to be shared; otherwise, it will be considered consent. 5. Returns: As a custom-made product, this falls under "Exceptional Product Categories*", making it ineligible for the 7-day cooling-off period stipulated by consumer protection laws. Returns or exchanges are not possible. 6. Color Variation: Slight color differences between product photos and the actual physical item are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect your rights and ours. Any product issues must be reported within 1 day of receipt; requests made after this period will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Tolerance: Due to manual crafting and measurement, a 0-2cm error is considered normal. 11. Receipt: Please inform us in advance if a receipt is required. Our shop is not equipped with a unified invoice system. If a duplicate receipt is needed later, it will be sent via registered mail.
