**▎What to Wear / Recommended Items**
1. Bring a change of clothes for after the activity.
2. Wear quick-drying, comfortable clothing or swimwear.
3. Eyeglass and sunglasses wearers should use a strap, or opt for contact lenses.
4. Sunscreen and water are recommended. You're welcome to bring snacks to enjoy on the water.
5. We have portable changing tents for your convenience.
6. A faucet is available near the pier for a quick rinse.

**▎Notes for Bringing Your Furry Friends**
As no additional fee is charged for pets, please adhere strictly to the following guidelines:
1. Bring your pet's own life jacket and leash.
2. Please trim your pet's nails before the activity to prevent damage to equipment.
3. Pets should ideally have some experience with water or be comfortable with it and not prone to scratching (there is a possibility of them falling into the water).

▴ If the activity is canceled due to weather, participants residing in Kaohsiung or Tainan may reschedule or receive a refund (subject to a $100 processing fee).!!️
**▎Activity Refund Policy**
A. Cancellations by the Customer
1. Cancellations made 14 days prior to the activity date (excluding the activity date itself) are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the activity date (excluding the activity date itself) are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Cancellations made 5 days prior to the activity date (excluding the activity date itself) are eligible for a 50% refund.
4. Cancellations made 2 days prior to the activity date (excluding the activity date itself) are not eligible for a refund.
B. Cancellations by the Organizer
1. If the organizer cancels the activity, a full refund will be issued (no processing fee deducted).
2. If the activity is canceled before it begins due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or national policy, a processing fee of NT$100 per person will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
3. If the activity is canceled after arriving at the venue due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, a processing fee of NT$100 per person will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
**▎Photo/Video Policy**
▴ We will be taking photos and videos throughout the activity for record-keeping and to provide as keepsakes for participants.
We will also randomly select photos/videos periodically for official use on our fan pages, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
▴ This means your beautiful photos or captivating videos from the activity might be featured on our social media.
