**▎What to Wear / Recommended Items**
1. Bring a change of clothes for after the activity.
2. Wear quick-drying, comfortable clothing or swimwear.
3. If wearing glasses or sunglasses, please attach a glasses strap, or opt for contact lenses.
4. Bring your own sunscreen and water. Feel free to bring snacks for a mid-activity treat.
5. We have portable changing tents for your convenience.
6. A faucet is available by the dock for a quick rinse.

Q1: Can I join if I can't swim?
A1: Yes, you will be wearing a life vest throughout the activity.

**▎Notes for Bringing Your Furry Friends**
As no additional fee is charged for pets, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Bring your pet's own life vest and leash.
2. Trim your pet's nails before the activity to prevent damage to equipment.
3. It's best if your pet has prior swimming experience or is not afraid of water and unlikely to scratch. (There is a possibility of falling into the water)

▴ The activity will not be canceled due to rain, unless there is thunder, heavy downpour, or excessively strong winds making water entry unsafe!!️
▴ We will notify you if the conditions are not suitable for the activity!!️
▴ If the weather prevents the activity and you are from Kaohsiung or Tainan, you may reschedule or receive a refund (a processing fee of $100 will be deducted)!!️
**▎Cancellation and Refund Policy**
A. For cancellations initiated by the customer:
1. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the activity date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Cancellations made 5 days or more before the activity date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a 50% refund.
4. Cancellations made 2 days or more before the activity date (excluding the departure date) are not eligible for a refund.
B. For cancellations initiated by the organizer:
1. If the organizer cancels the activity, a full refund will be issued (no processing fee deducted).
2. If the activity is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or national policies prior to the event, a processing fee of NT$100 per person will be deducted from the refund.
3. If the activity is canceled after reaching the venue due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, a processing fee of NT$100 per person will be deducted from the refund.
**▎Photo/Video Policy**
▴ Photos and videos will be taken throughout the activity for documentation and to be shared with participants as mementos.
Selected photos/videos may be randomly chosen and uploaded to our fan page/Instagram and other social media platforms for official promotion.
▴ Therefore, your wonderful photos/captivating videos from the activity *may* appear on our social media.
⚠️ If you do not consent to this, please inform us in advance when registering!! We would be delighted if you would enthusiastically allow us to use your photos/videos for promotional and advertising purposes after you see them! 🥰
