Thank you. 🙏🏻 ❖** ** 【 About the Flowers 】** • Much like people, every natural flower has a unique shape and size. • All items are packed carefully; minor shedding during transit is normal. We appreciate your understanding. • We strive to represent true colors in our photos, but variations may occur due to screen settings or different import batches. The actual product color is final; photos are for reference only. If you are highly sensitive to color differences, we recommend visiting a physical store. **【 About the Glass Dome 】** • Glass is handmade; minor imperfections such as tiny scratches, small bubbles, or uneven edges under lighting are normal traces of the craftsmanship. **❖ Care Instructions ❖** • Preserved & dried flowers are sensitive to moisture. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Ideal humidity is 50-65%. (High humidity may cause mold, transparency, or color bleeding.) • Use a dehumidifier or air conditioning if the environment is humid. • Avoid direct sunlight, as it may cause brittleness or fading. • Depending on care, the ideal viewing period is 1-2 years (flowers will naturally fade over time). **❖ After-Sales Service ❖** Please record a video upon opening the package. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out via direct message before leaving negative feedback. We value every customer's experience and will do our best to assist you.
