*All works must be retrieved within 2 months after uploading. Tiki Uku Ceramics will dispose of/dispose of them without notice. Participants are not allowed to claim back.
*Once the appointment is confirmed, the appointment can be canceled or changed 5 days before the appointment date, only once; no make-up class or refund will be provided for absence or 15 minutes late

If the crowd does not reach the starting number, the museum will cancel the event

▶ Ticket sales notice and refund
After the ticket is purchased, the physical ticket will be sent, and the successful notification letter will be requested on the day of the event, or it will not stop after the request
. Cancel 7 days before the event day, a full refund is available
. Cancellation 2 days before the event, an optional charge of 50% is required
. If you stop participating in activities due to factors that are not accountable to the museum, you will not be harmed

All works must go through biscuit firing, glazing, and high-temperature glaze firing. The firing process takes time, so students can take it back about 4 weeks after the course is completed. When the work is completed, it will be obtained by WhatsApp or notification SMS. All student works are required to accept the course within 2 months after completion, otherwise "Tiki Uku Ceramics" will handle it by itself without prior notice.
