1. After placing your order, a "Digital Ticket Notification" will be sent by email.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field upon ordering.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store representative from the workshop location contacts you to arrange and confirm your reserved date and available seating.
4. As materials are prepared upon order and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide an official receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
