Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are generally made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in the market, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, so there are no allergy issues. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it may be due to: 1. Personal hygiene issues (lack of disinfection before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, but it is definitely not solely due to the ear post material. We recommend getting an "allergen test" at a hospital, which may incur significant out-of-pocket costs, to clarify the cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions to date. Is it really made of paper, or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic cannot yet be manufactured to create such intricate designs. These are all handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as humidity, rain, and heavy sweating), but we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long after ordering will it take to ship? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No shipping, as we may be at market events) As we participate in market events, and the post office does not deliver on weekends, all our products are shipped between Monday and Friday.
