▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon order placement, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved designs, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field when ordering.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seating availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance as materials will be prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company receipt with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
