Wrap the tape measure or string around your finger, starting at 0cm. Tighten it gently until snug, and the resulting measurement is your finger's inner circumference. You can then find your corresponding ring size by referring to the size chart. Measure Inner Diameter of an Existing Ring If you have a ring that you wear often and find comfortable, you can measure its inner diameter. Use a ruler or calipers to measure the inside diameter of the ring.
