【Customization Notice】 1. As the product is made to the customer's specifications, such as specific designs, sizes, or engraved text, it cannot be resold to other consumers after production. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted. 2. We will create the piece based on the provided design or photos. Customization details will be based on our message discussions. Modifications to the design mid-process will incur additional fees. 3. For inlaid pieces, we only accept semi-precious stones valued under NT$10,000. We do not accept high-value precious gems. 4. There is always a risk when inlaying natural gemstones. Cracks may occur during the inlay process due to the stone's natural texture. Minor cracks or surface damage will be polished. If a stone shatters, we will do our best to replace it with a similar stone of comparable size and shape. The maximum compensation for a stone is NT$10,000. 5. If the designer identifies a flaw or existing crack in the stone, the customization request will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
