【Customization】
The color of the flowers and wrapping paper can be changed. If you have any ideas about the design, please contact the designer for discussion (the price may vary depending on the configuration or size of the flowers)
【Eternal Flower/Preserved Flower】
For real flowers, special techniques are used to keep the flowers in good condition. No watering is required. Place them in a ventilated place and avoid sunlight. They can be stored for 1-2 years. The shape/size/flowering degree of the plants are all naturally presented. There will be slight differences and may change with the storage time (gradually weathering or fading back to the original color). The above are all normal phenomena, please treat them rationally.
The flowers are hand-dyed, and each batch of flowers may have differences in color. The resolution of each computer and mobile phone is different, so it is inevitable that there will be some color difference with the actual product (we will try our best to capture the original color when shooting). Please do not use this as a reason for return.
If out of stock, we will replace it with a similar color or style, while keeping the original design!

1. In order to ensure the best shelf life of the product, Huami will start hand-making after the order is placed, and it will be shipped to you in about 1-3 working days. In order to maintain the production quality, if you need to order in large quantities or have an urgent need, please contact the designer before placing an order to avoid delaying your important day.
2. All product photos are taken from real products. However, since plants are natural materials and their shapes vary due to their natural growth, we cannot guarantee that every product will be exactly the same. If you are a perfectionist, please think twice before placing an order.
3. Flowers will gradually weather or fade back to their original color over time. It is normal for petals to fall off occasionally. Please treat it rationally.
4. If the flowers are out of stock due to seasonal reasons, we will adjust the flowers appropriately for you while maintaining the color and structure.
5. If you have any questions after receiving the product, please contact the designer as soon as possible so that we can solve the problem for you as soon as possible
【Save method】
Please place in a dry and ventilated place and away from direct sunlight.
If the dust is left for a long time, you can use a soft brush to gently brush it off.
If well preserved, it can be stored for more than 1 year. It is normal for it to weather or fade back to its original color over time.
