◯ Once registered, refunds are not permitted. We recommend contacting the designer to reschedule or change your session. ◯ If you feel unwell on the day of the workshop, please contact us to reschedule. ◯ After registration is confirmed, on-site changes to the number of styles are not accepted. ◯ The actual duration of the workshop may vary depending on the individual and chosen style. ◯ Please allow ample time to avoid impacting your subsequent plans. ◯ One participant cannot share materials intended for a single person. ◯ Due to limited space, accompanying friends who are not registered participants are unable to observe during the activity. ◯ Entry begins 15 minutes prior to the event. ◯ To ensure the smooth flow of the workshop, please try not to be late. ◯ If rescheduling is necessary, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. ◯ In the event of difficulties or dangers in reaching the venue due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the designer immediately. ◯ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, the designer will proactively contact participants to discuss solutions. ◯ For "Two-Person Registration" bookings, both participants must attend together on the day of the activity. No refunds will be issued if the pair does not attend together for any reason. Participants are advised to proactively contact the designer to reschedule. ◯ The designer reserves the right to make the final decision in any disputes.
