. Workshops are by appointment only. Please indicate your preferred date and time in the order notes. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your booking.
. After payment, Pinkoi will send a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be issued. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details on the day of your workshop for entry.
. Workshop materials are provided for individual creation and cannot be shared by two participants.
. Cancellations due to personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If the rescheduled date incurs a price difference, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
. Cancellations after a date change are subject to a 30% handling fee.
. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to join this workshop.
