The form design is the S model by Ulla Procopé, a representative designer for ARABIA. With its moderate thickness and stable construction, it is a highly practical form that can be used without worry in daily life. The decorative design was handled by Raija Uosikkinen, who worked for ARABIA for many years. It has a warm appearance, inspired by an autumn orchard with ripe plum fruits. The fruits are depicted in a deep brown, and the leaves in a black with a hint of green. The subtle variations in color depth and brushstrokes, characteristic of hand-painted pieces, overlap to create a gentle, serene expression.
