Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique markings and imperfections from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins, which are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches may also occur during processing, shipping, and production. These are considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine-produced items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Over time and with use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, deepen in color, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique character that is the hallmark of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely captivating. ► Color Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Furthermore, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches and storage durations. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb color differently. Colors will not be consistent between consecutive orders; please refer to the actual product. ► About Customization This product is made to order. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when ordering. If no specifications are provided, the designer will choose the stitching color, and the text will be left blank. As each order is custom-made, it cannot be resold to others (finished products cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our custom products do not have a 7-day appreciation period and cannot be returned or exchanged.
