░ Cancellation and Change ░
If you cancel your reservation 7 days before departure (excluding the departure date), you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your flight 6 to 4 days before departure (excluding the departure day), a 50% handling fee will be charged.
Cancellation will not be accepted and refunded within 3 days before departure (excluding departure day) to the day of departure.
If you cancel your participation in the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to postpone or refund.
The above time is based on the time when the consumer calls the customer service staff to indicate that he wants to cancel.
The transfer fee will be rounded off to the nearest yuan.
Date changes are not accepted between 3 days before and on the day of departure.
If you wish to change the number of passengers, please contact us at least 4 days before departure.

We are a home studio~
The studio has three store managers (two 🐈 and one 🐶 Maltese)
If you mind, please inform us in advance and we will take you away early💙

If necessary during the experience activity, the studio will take side shots and upload them to the social platform after the activity. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the event and we will take note and make special arrangements.
