Use a measuring tape to measure around your neck, then down to where you'd like the pendant to rest, noting the measurement in centimeters. 2. Alternatively, use a piece of string. Lay it flat against your neck to the desired pendant position, and mark where the ends meet. Measure the length of the string with a ruler. 3. The same measurement will appear at different heights on different individuals. We recommend estimating your preferred length first. Please contact the designer in advance if you require adjustments for a longer or shorter length. 4. If you wish to alter the size after receiving your item, please bring it to our physical store or cover the round-trip shipping costs for modifications. 🎁 Packaging Information 1. Each order includes one backing card, one resealable bag, and one polishing cloth. 2. Gift wrapping is available for purchase separately, including a gift box and paper bag set. 🔷️ Care Instructions 1. Gently wipe the piece with the provided polishing cloth after each wear. 2. Semi-precious stones are sensitive to chemicals (such as shower gels and perfumes). Avoid wearing the piece while bathing, swimming in hot springs, or engaging in activities that may cause impact or vigorous movement. With proper care, it will be a cherished companion for a long time. 3. If a semi-precious stone becomes damaged in the future, you can send it to our studio for repair (you will be responsible for the repair fee and round-trip shipping). As semi-precious stones are unique and can be difficult to source, repairs may not be possible if the stone is out of stock.
