Initial consultation with the designer to discuss your desired card concept. (We can fully customize everything from card ideas and style to paper type and envelope color.) 2. Place your order and complete payment. (Due to a high volume of custom orders, please leave your requirements in the Pinkoi chat so the designer can follow up :") 3. The designer will create a preview of your artwork. 4. Confirm the artwork meets your expectations (material, size, color confirmation, single/double-sided, special finishes). (Note: Once a custom order is confirmed and production begins, no further modifications can be made.) 5. Customization process begins. 6. Your product is crafted. 7. Your product is shipped. 8.
