Clean gently with a diluted neutral detergent and a brush, wipe off foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoe boxes. Slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging materials are for protection, and minor dents or imprints from logistics delivery are unavoidable. Packaging materials cannot be returned or exchanged separately. 8. For bags made with floral or printed fabrics, the pattern placement is randomized with each cut. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept this variation. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual monitor settings. The actual product is the final reference for color. Handmade measurements may have an international standard allowable error of 1-3 cm. 10. Co-branded products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization marks or official logos) must not be counterfeited. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging (outer bag + outer box), including all accessories and unremoved tags. 2.
