Rice ears swaying in the breeze.
Gazing at the scene from the shade of a tree a short distance away,
I feel the time passing slowly.
Sunlight filtering through the leaves.
The golden-hued rice ears swaying in the breeze.
The sight of them swaying in the breeze also moves my heart.
I created a ring carved in the image of an ear of rice, one of my most popular pieces, with a single natural stone set in it. This time, I chose a beautiful, verdant peridot.
It pairs beautifully with the silver ring, creating a piece that feels special and can be enjoyed no matter the occasion.

Peridot
The birthstone for August, it is also known as the evening emerald because it shines even more beautifully in the light of night. Its close association with fire makes it a highly valued stone symbolizing the sun. It has a history of being used in church ornaments, where it is believed to ward off misfortune. Peridot is said to bestow a sun-like brightness on the wearer and to teach those who tend to overly negatively or feel excessive pressure the importance of self-affirmation.
Silver 925
Silver 925 (also known as sterling silver) is a silver made from 92.5% silver mixed with other metals, such as copper. Because 100% pure silver is not durable enough for jewelry, 925 silver is often used for jewelry. It's also notable that 925 silver as a base silver is rarely sold to the general public. Like brass, silver also darkens and yellows due to the presence of elements in the air, known as "sulfidation." Wiping it down after contact with water or sweat, and storing it away from air during everyday storage, will help maintain its shine. You can also polish it with silver polish, but be careful not to over-polish or damage the natural stone, as silver polish contains abrasives.
The most important thing to be careful of is bathing in a hot spring. The sulfur and other elements in hot springs can cause silver to turn completely black, making it impossible to polish. Therefore, never bathe in a hot spring while wearing silver jewelry.
