For the first cleaning, please wash multiple times with a neutral detergent; you can also use a paper towel dipped in cooking oil to wipe it several times to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the processing. Afterward, wash clean with a neutral detergent. Because we use cooking oil for stamping and do not perform acid pickling, some gray titanium powder residue is unavoidable. This is a non-toxic pure titanium safe manufacturing process; it is safe to scrub. 2. If there are burnt marks or stubborn stains, you may gently scrub with the rough side of a sponge or a soft steel wool pad. 3. If the surface color of the titanium is scrubbed off or the original color is revealed, rest assured; because it is not a coating, pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, contains no toxic heavy metals, and is safe to scrub. 4. Please do not soak in acidic reducing agents or sodium percarbonate cleaners such as stain remover powder or hydrogen peroxide, as this will reduce the color and luster of the titanium, which cannot be restored. 【Characteristic Explanations】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. It is a characteristic of the metal if the lunch box, food storage container, or square pot shows food stains, large blue-purple patches after initial steaming, or brown patches after washing (without heating). These are not rust (pure titanium does not rust) and may also result from our pre-firing process. This does not affect safe use, and such marks will fade or disappear on their own after a period of normal use. 2. Square tableware is less resistant to stress release, leading to more intense color changes and a higher likelihood of brown patches appearing. 3. Exposure to temperatures above 250 degrees in an oven or direct heat from a gas stove may cause blue-purple color changes; the color will not disappear, but this does not affect safe use. 4. Large flat surfaces may be more susceptible to deformation from direct gas flame heat. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water stains, which is a characteristic of the metal. If this concerns you, please wipe dry immediately after washing to prevent water stains from affecting the visual appearance. 【Compatible Appliances】 Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer is not suitable for heating. Dish dryer: Compatible. If residues like olive oil are not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear during drying; this is dried oil and will not reappear once cleaned. Dishwasher: Compatible. Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave water stains, but this does not affect safety.
