For the first wash, use a general neutral detergent and wash several times. You can also wipe several times with a paper towel dipped in cooking oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from processing. Then wash clean with a neutral detergent. As cooking oil is used for stamping and there is no acid washing, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. The non-toxic pure titanium safe manufacturing process allows for safe scrubbing. 2. For burnt-on residue or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the harder side of a sponge or a soft steel wool brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, or the original color is exposed, it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no toxic heavy metals, and is a safe utensil to scrub. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or other reducing acid series cleaners, or sodium percarbonate. These will revert the titanium's color and luster, and it cannot be restored. 【Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and does not easily release stress. When the lunch box, food container, or square pot is first steamed or boiled, or after washing, food stains or large purple-blue patches appear, or brown patches appear after washing without heating (not rust, pure titanium does not rust). These are metal characteristics or changes from pre-firing. They do not affect safe use and will fade or disappear gradually with normal use over time. 2. Square utensils, due to even less stress release, exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to brown patches. 3. At temperatures above 250°C in an oven or direct flame from a gas stove, purple-blue color changes may occur. The color will not disappear but will still not affect safe use. 4. Large flat shapes are more prone to warping when subjected to direct flame from a gas stove. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water stains, which is a characteristic of the metal.
