Photo Printing & Pasting Service: Printing: Photos are complimentary with card purchase, printed using a composite inkjet photo printer. You may also provide your own photos. Pasting: Photos will be pasted in a random order. Specific placement requests will be left for you to do. 4. Size: Standard sizes include A4 (opens to A3), A5 (opens to A4), A6 (opens to A5). Revisions & Adjustments: One complimentary revision is offered for the final product, limited to silhouette adjustments or corrections of production errors. Subjective Differences: After placing an order, we cannot offer partial refunds or returns based on "not as imagined/different proportions/other personal aesthetic preferences." Please refer to the existing style of our finished products. Handmade items cannot achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realism. 3. After-Sales Service & Order Abandonment: This product is custom-made to order and is not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period. Failure to pick up the item without valid reason will be treated as malicious order abandonment, and relevant civil liabilities will be pursued. 4. Work Sharing: Photos of the finished product may be publicly shared on platforms later (personal information will be hidden). If you do not wish for your work to be shared, please inform us in advance. Failure to notify us will be considered consent. 5. Returns: Customized products fall under the "Exceptional Product Category*" and are not covered by the 7-day cooling-off period regulations of the Consumer Protection Law. Returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. Color Discrepancy: Minor color differences between the product photos and the actual physical item viewed with the naked eye are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect your rights and ours. Please report any issues within 1 day of receipt; requests made later will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet photo printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Tolerance: Due to handmade production and measurement, a tolerance of 0-2 cm is normal. 11. Receipt: Please notify us in advance if a receipt is required. Our store does not use a unified invoice system. If a receipt needs to be resent, it will be sent via registered mail.
