Returns and exchanges must be for brand new, unwashed items. As these are personal hygiene products, they cannot be returned or exchanged once washed. 2. Cherry Pads are purely handmade. Minor exposed thread ends, slight size variations, or fabric creases are normal. Please do not purchase if you are a perfectionist. 3. Every product series is photographed from the actual item. Please understand that patterns may vary slightly depending on the position of the fabric cut. 4. For more detailed information on usage, washing, and patents, please refer to the official Cherry Pad website. 5. Repairs for buttons are provided for items purchased through any of the four Happy King marketplaces. If a button falls off, it can be repaired (you only need to cover the round-trip shipping). Please do not discard your pads; private message me if you require repairs. Gentle Reminder: Before using your new product for the first time, please be sure to wash it once with a neutral detergent, and spin-dry it thoroughly before hanging to dry. Since colored cotton is a natural material, it is not colorfast. It is natural for a very small amount of light brown color to release during the first wash; this is a characteristic of colored cotton, not artificial dyeing. (It is similar to how leaves release green sap or how squeezing fruit releases colored juice.) Although the released light brown color is barely perceptible, it can follow water flow during drying and leave brown water stains. Using a neutral detergent will carry away the released color and prevent your cloth pads from being stained, so please do not wash with water alone. Using the spin-dry function of a washing machine can effectively remove moisture and accelerate the drying process, which helps prevent water stains. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for product issues resulting from failure to read the instructions or failure to follow the washing guidelines.
