▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section once your engraving content is finalized.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. As course materials are prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can issue a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
