1. After placing your order, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. If you choose the laser-engraved option and have confirmed the engraving content, please specify it in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Registration is complete only after a store partner from your chosen workshop location contacts you and confirms the reserved date and seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared after ordering and payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides a uniform invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. If the class is canceled due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be proactively arranged.
