1. An "Electronic Ticket Notification" will be sent by the system after your order is placed.
2. For laser-engraved styles, please specify your engraving content in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is considered complete only after a team member at your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the date and seat availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. The ART64 Design Gallery provides unified invoice receipts. If you require a business tax ID on your invoice, please provide the company title and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a rescheduling or refund.
