2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your chosen engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section once confirmed.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. Material preparation requires 3 days' advance notice after order placement and payment.
5. ART64 offers standard invoice receipts. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be proactively arranged.
