1. After placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section upon ordering.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store associate contacts you, and your chosen date and time are secured.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared after payment.
5. ART64 provides a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
