Honey is a supersaturated solution. If stored at very low temperatures, it can easily crystallize. Therefore, it should not be refrigerated. Simply keep it in a cool, dark place. 2. Do not refrigerate after opening the bottle. 3. Crystallization at the bottom of the jar is a natural phenomenon and does not indicate spoilage. Please use with confidence. 4.
