Vintage CELINE Triomphe Brooch - Gold (ββΜ΄Μα΄βΜ΄Μβ), 100% authentic pre-owned vintage item!
If you have any questions, please message before placing an order. All sales are final.
For those familiar with Celine, you'll notice they don't offer a vast array of accessories. Items like keychains and bag charms are relatively rare compared to other brands.
This piece is a Triomphe small brooch, crafted entirely from metal. Despite being metal, its small size means you don't have to worry about it being "too heavy."
Brooches were historically worn by both men and women and continue to be a popular accessory among sophisticated women in Western circles.
A brooch offers more than just one function. For everyday wear, you can use it to fasten a scarf, or I personally use it in a way I love:
To adorn a hat! I'm someone who enjoys wearing hats, and I prefer styles that aren't overly flashy (to ensure easy outfit coordination).
I habitually attach a small brooch to the side of my hat as a decorative accent. The demonstration picture above shows my hat β simple and understated!
Additionally, a small brooch can be pinned to a shirt collar, offering an elegant and refined touch! Office workers should definitely try this!
ββΛΛ This small brooch is in excellent condition. While not mint, it retains its beautiful golden hue, and the craftsmanship is exquisite! It features a globe motif!
This is a stunning globe coin brooch; the bag charm features the same design! This clasp is my absolute favorite.
The globe coin design was only released for one season, making each piece extremely rare! It's an essential collectible for any dedicated CELINE vintage enthusiast!
The detailing is incredibly fine, with clear raised and recessed textures! Overall, there are some signs of use, but the color remains a brilliant gold, and the condition is beautiful!
Currently, the trend is towards minimalist, monochromatic outfits. You can directly pin this to your top, scarf, or hat for an added touch of flair.
The overall condition is good, and it's remarkably affordable. For the price of a handkerchief, you get a versatile clasp with its original dust bag β exceptional value for money!
β The photos were taken by me under natural sunlight. Lighting can vary depending on the time of day, so slight color variations are possible.
I have more detailed photos available, but they cannot be uploaded here. Please message me to request them! Due to the unique nature of pre-owned orders,
we do not accept returns or exchanges. Therefore, please examine the product photos carefully before placing your order.

The primary reason I love pre-owned bags is that the quality of materials from older eras far surpasses that of modern new items.
In the past, most pre-owned items were β¦ handmade. There was less mass production by machines and more of the warmth of human touch.
The craftsmanship of artisans is undoubtedly more delicate than that of machines, much like how everyone appreciates products crafted by skilled artisans!
However, today, the vast majority of processes are mechanized with minimal human assembly, losing the former intricacy.
I believe the simplest and most direct way to see this is by comparing the intricate patterns of recent brand revivals with the authentic monograms from older eras.
The level of detail in the monogram patterns alone is entirely different. If you love monograms, you must seek out pre-owned items! Truly!
In terms of style, older pieces are typically β¦ simple, timeless, and enduring. Many current new designs are actually revivals of older styles.
Yet, new items are priced higher than their vintage counterparts. New designs are usually based on older models, with added details or altered designs.
The final product often ends up more complex (or peculiar......) than its predecessors. As you grow older, you'll likely realize that simplicity endures!
As you age, your wardrobe will naturally gravitate towards basic pieces because the most fundamental items are the most versatile.
The quality of raw materials in older pieces is superior to newer ones. If you understand β¦ leather, you'll see it. The materials used in new items are generally of lower quality than in older pieces.
This is mainly because the cost of high-grade materials is too high today, and their availability is not as abundant as before. Earth's resources are dwindling...
Furthermore, brands back then did not have the "ubiquitous" presence of numerous branches as they do now... Their clientele typically had a certain income level and higher expectations for the finished product.
There was no "fast fashion culture" back then; a bag was expected to be used for many years.
The difference between new and old eras is clearly visible in the β¦ hardware. Many new items' hardware oxidizes and discolors after just one or two years,
but vintage pieces typically do not. This is not only due to superior materials and meticulous techniques but also because hardware from earlier eras was plated with real K gold!
It's worth noting that Chanel Vintage is expensive for a reason; many of its clasps and chains contain real gold, certified by gold merchants!
This is why, even for vintage bags from the 60s and 70s, the hardware can still gleam today if properly preserved.
As for the new items available now, from my understanding of the brands, none of their hardware contains K gold anymore, making them prone to oxidation.
Many people say buying vintage bags is a form of alternative investment because they rarely depreciate and often appreciate in value.
This is because well-preserved pre-owned bags are becoming increasingly scarce in the market; each one that disappears is gone forever. Remember, each of these items is discontinued.
The number that exists in the world is finite, so their numbers will only decrease, making them more expensive and harder to find.
Moreover, many brands increase their prices periodically, and each increase drives up the market price for pre-owned items.
If a brand releases a "reissue," the vintage reference pieces or similar styles will see a direct price increase!
Add to this the recent trend of Japanese and Korean celebrities favoring vintage items. Once a particular item is worn by a celebrity, its price skyrockets, truly skyrockets.
This is because, for a period, many people will frantically search for that item or a similar alternative, causing the prices of those few items to multiply...
Therefore, vintage is truly a case of "buy early, enjoy longer; buy late, pay more" (this isn't an advertising slogan... it's a truth in the vintage world...).
This is my personal experience; I regret not acquiring certain pieces earlier and now cannot find them, or if I do, they come with an exorbitant price tag...
But the problem is, even knowing the price is astronomical, you feel compelled to buy because waiting for the next one will only mean a higher price (unless the condition is poor).
I am frequently asked about bag maintenance (α’.Λ¬.α’). I will include a small note with detailed care instructions inside the bag, so don't worry.
My personal habit is to give my bags a thorough cleaning and maintenance when I organize my closet at the change of seasons (so each seasonal change is a major undertaking...|||).
Actually, pre-owned bags aren't that troublesome. When you're new to it, you just need to get into the habit of regular maintenance and cherishing your bag. Once it becomes a habit, it's not difficult.
The materials of pre-owned bags are inherently excellent. As long as you don't use them roughly and preserve them properly, they can easily last another decade to be passed down to your daughter!
Every pre-owned bag is one I love and have collected, so I hope you will love it too and preserve it for years to come βͺοΈ *.γ
