・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system. 30% of the ticket price will be charged to cover all incurred expenses. As the designer needs to prepare materials ten days in advance, refunds or exchanges will not be processed within ten days prior to the event. ・To promote environmental protection, the activity will only provide reusable tote bags. ・If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer to arrange a new date and time. ・Participants should adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations. ・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Ousheng Trading will proactively contact you for rescheduling or refunds. ・If you choose to withdraw from the activity for reasons not attributable to Ousheng Trading, no refund will be issued. ・In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters, Ousheng Trading will proactively contact you for rescheduling or refunds. In the event of a typhoon, the standard for commencement and refunds will be based on the announcements of the event location, irrespective of the participant's location. ・Ousheng Trading may take photos and videos during the experience for activity records or future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
