Among agarwood from the Hengzhuan (Singaporean) style, Borneo is considered one of the most premium producing regions. This vast Indonesian island, covering about three-quarters of Borneo, is roughly 15 times the size of Taiwan but with only half the population. Its pristine forests are rich, particularly renowned for agarwood. In recent years, due to extreme harvesting, the yield of high-quality Borneo agarwood has drastically decreased, making it quite rare and a matter of luck to acquire.
Borneo agarwood is characterized by its rich, deep fragrance, often with a cool sensation, sometimes mixed with notes of frankincense or fruity floral aromas. Its taste is mellow and sweet, making it an ideal choice for consumers seeking premium agarwood.

Born in Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1983, with a background in craft design. He traveled the streets of Japan, experiencing how wooden art breathed warm and profound life into ancient alleyways. These objects, like fragments of time, carrying the traces of history and the contours of the future, sought a delicate balance between opposition and harmony, transforming into refined works that closely connect the vision of a new generation with the simplicity of the old era. Agarwood, once ground into powder for its scent, was solemnly placed in the most prominent areas of homes in Japan, symbolizing vitality and light.
The agarwood originates from its source, pure and flawless, untouched by artificial processes such as boiling glue, drawing lines, or adding fragrances. It is presented in its most original form, using ancient techniques to meticulously peel away the outer layers of deadwood by hand, revealing the true soul of the agarwood. This not only imbues it with eternal vitality but also allows tradition and modern craftsmanship to subtly intertwine at the fingertips, creating a feast for the eyes and senses. Its rich aroma, like solidified time, gently draws together memories of the past and aspirations for the future, allowing them to meet and resonate within the fragrance, continuing endlessly, distant and profound.
