How to Measure Ring Size as a Gift?
● Measurement Method: Take a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) and wrap it around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length with a ruler in centimeters, then refer to the size chart.
● You can also inform our store staff of the approximate height and weight, and we can adjust the ring size at the store after it's made.

**Small Group Workshops: A minimum of one participant to start a class. All workshops are by appointment only.**
● For your convenience, if you need to reschedule or cancel your confirmed workshop registration, please notify us at least three days prior to the class date. Cancellations made on the day of the class or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund but can be transferred to other product or class purchases.
● Samples are available in-store for trying on. Exchanges for styles of the same price are welcome (subject to current material availability).
Upgrades to higher-priced styles are possible with a price difference; however, exchanges for lower-priced styles are not refundable.
● Due to space limitations, if you plan to bring a companion, please inquire about classroom space availability for that day beforehand.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and to try on samples. This helps ensure a smooth start for everyone and respects everyone's time.
● During the workshop, each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will first demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● Workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen style. Your finished piece can be taken home the same day.
**★ Due to current health regulations, masks are required for entry.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the artisan's instructions for safe equipment operation. Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety guidelines after warnings will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, for safety reasons, classes will be canceled in accordance with government directives, and a new date will be arranged.
