We cherish its relaxed, natural texture that allows you to enjoy "aging" rather than "deterioration." Because our fabric is woven on shuttle looms in Kurashiki, some over 100 years old, occasional "weaving flaws" may appear, which can look like "fraying" at first glance. These are unavoidable with the use of these vintage machines. While we conduct thorough inspections at our factory and take care to avoid these flaws when cutting the fabric, and use them in inconspicuous areas if found, they cannot be entirely eliminated due to the nature of the machinery.
