【How to cancel】
If the experience course is canceled up to three days before the start, a full refund will be issued.
A 30% handling fee will be charged for cancellations within three days from the start of the experience course.
No refunds will be accepted for cancellations from the day of the experience course to the day before.
【How to change the date】
Rescheduling or transfer is possible three days before the course starts, but rescheduling and transfer are limited to one time only.
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for rescheduled activities.
If the day of the activity is canceled due to irresistible factors (such as typhoons, natural disasters), the experience activity on the day will be cancelled, and the registration fee will be refunded in full.
