After returning to Taiwan, we couldn't forget the taste, so we started to develop it. The focus was to create a sweet fragrance that is a little wild and a little bit coquettish! I tried it for a long time. I tried using Mandheling, which has a stronger flavor, and I also tried using honey-processed beans that have a stronger fermentation. But they didn’t feel very similar.
Finally, I found the combination of sun-dried yaka beans and Guatemala, which seemed to match the tone, so this black-skinned wild ass was born.
