Please be mindful of color transfer, especially when new. Avoid wearing it with light-colored clothing upon first use. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Scars and vein marks from the animal's life are preserved on the surface and back. This natural leather, intentionally crafted to showcase its inherent qualities, results in a unique expression for each piece. ◾️ Color Variation As the leather is finished only with dyes and not pigments, color adjustment is challenging, leading to natural variations. Even within the same color, there can be slight differences. The density of this pattern can vary across a single hide. These differences are part of the charm of natural leather. ◾️ Italian Leather Markings, Size Indicators The numbers on the back are a mark of Italian leather, indicating the size of the hide. Each hide is stamped once with a number. These markings have a distinct character and are often found on high-quality sections, so they are left as is. Occasionally, these numbers may appear on the product. Personally, I appreciate items with these markings. ◾️ Water Stains The leather can absorb water, leading to stains. Wiping it dry as soon as possible after it gets wet can help prevent stains. Applying Ranapur Leather Treatment can provide water-repellent properties. ◾️ Strae These are the lines and wrinkles that appear in areas of intense muscle movement and stretching. They are a distinctive characteristic of natural leather and are not indicative of cracking or splitting. ◾️ Luxurious Full Leather Construction Without Lining Typical leather goods use thin leather bonded with core materials for strength, and often have linings inside. However, unlike leather, linings can degrade over time, becoming sticky or tattered. To ensure longevity, this bag is crafted solely from substantial leather, utilizing its inherent thickness and strength, without any lining. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used by LADIES&GENTLEMEN develops a richer patina and deeper luster over time with proper oil maintenance. Apply oil to the bag approximately every 3 to 6 months. We recommend Ranapur, available in our online store. Ranapur is a leather treatment that conditions, polishes, and provides water repellency. Small leather goods, being handled frequently, naturally develop a lustrous color without additional treatment. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a product defect. In the event of damage or defects caused by shipping accidents, or if you receive an incorrect item, we will exchange it at our expense. ◾️ Delivery Time As all items are made to order, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for small items and 3-4 weeks for bags.
