The embroidered phrase “Longevity Without End” (萬壽無疆) carries heartfelt wishes for good fortune, protection, and everlasting peace. _Cultural Origin Huapei, also known as Huapa, originates from the Minnan (Southern Fujian) region. Traditionally a black-and-white plaid cotton-linen cloth, it was once used to wrap and protect infants — shielding them from wind, sunlight, and misfortune.
