-Flowers are naturally grown and unique. Small chipping and asymmetry of petals are normal phenomena.
- Sola flowers are handmade flowers made of natural materials. Wood grains and missing corners are not considered defects.
-Flower gifts are all handmade and cannot be guaranteed to look exactly like the photos. Photos will be taken for confirmation after production is completed.
-If there is a shortage of flower materials, other similar flower materials will be used instead, which will not affect the presentation style and color without further notice.
-The flower gift will be shaken during the delivery process, causing some pieces to fall off. If it encounters serious damage or deformation, please take a photo or video and let us know, and we will help you deal with it immediately.
