♡ It takes about 1 to 3 days for the post office to deliver. The arrival date cannot be selected. Please provide the latest arrival date when placing an order. It will usually arrive earlier.
♡ If you need a dedicated courier (such as: LALAMOVE), please send us a private message before placing an order to let us know the date and time (before noon/afternoon) to avoid no one to receive the package. The courier will call the recipient before departure.

♡ There is no stock on the website. We are made to order. It takes about 3 to 5 working days (excluding holidays) to ship after the order is placed and paid. For urgent orders and large quantities, please contact us via private message on IG first.
♡ Since flowers are seasonal, if they are out of stock, we will make appropriate flowers for you without affecting the overall design and color scheme; dried flowers and preserved flowers are natural materials, and they may occasionally collide and fall off during transportation. We will try our best to design the same style for you with the same materials. The size may have errors due to different measurements, plus or minus 1~2 cm is within the normal range.

♡ Avoid direct sunlight and humid environment. If the preserved flower is exposed to moisture, the petals will become transparent and oily. It is recommended to increase dehumidification (you can place it near a dehumidifier to increase dehumidification).
♡ If you keep a good environment, the flowers can be placed for several years, but it is normal for them to fade, weather and fall off over time. You can use a soft-bristled brush to clean and blow away the dust with a breeze.
