※ Drain the rice wash water thoroughly.
※ Suggested Water Ratio (Unit: Rice Cup):
For Gudan, Zunsun: Inner Pot Water : Outer Pot Water = 1 : 0.9~1.1 : 225cc (place on steaming rack)
For Sanggu, Zhengwei, Wuzhan: Inner Pot Water : Outer Pot Water = 1 : 1.2 : 400cc (rice not soaked, place on steaming rack)
For Sanggu, Zhengwei, Wuzhan: Inner Pot Water : Outer Pot Water = 1 : 1.2 : 225cc (rice pre-soaked for 2+ hrs, place on steaming rack)
※ Steaming and Fluffing:
Gudan, Zunsun → Steam for 20 minutes, then fluff.
Sanggu, Zhengwei, Wuzhan → Fluff first, then steam for 20 minutes.
※ After cooking, avoid letting condensation from the lid drip back into the pot. You can also try using a cloth to absorb excess moisture.
※ Rice left in the warmer for too long can dehydrate and become hard when cooled. If eating leftovers, pay attention to the warming environment.
※ After cooking, adjust the water amount or soaking time for your next batch to achieve your perfect rice.
※ When using an electric cooker, place it on a steaming rack to prevent uneven heating and sticking.
