Those who are sensitive to these variations should consider carefully before purchasing. ▍ Care Instructions For hygiene, please disinfect ear studs or ear clips with an alcohol pad before wearing. Silver, brass, and wires should avoid contact with moisture and other chemicals. Elastic cords should be worn by rolling them onto the ear. Do not apply excessive force, pressure, or pull on the main body of the accessory, as this may cause damage. ▍ Maintenance Silver and brass can be polished with a silver polishing cloth to restore their metallic luster. Pearls and gemstones can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth using mild soap and water. After wearing, it is recommended to gently wipe the item with a dry cloth before storing it in a zip-lock bag to maintain dryness and minimize oxidation and tarnishing. You may also periodically send your items to us for professional maintenance. ▍ After-Sales Service All products come with a 6-month warranty, covering deformation, detachment, or breakage of ear studs or ear clips, and repair of main materials. The buyer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. In-person repairs require an appointment; please contact us in advance to arrange a time. Any damage deemed to be caused by intentional misuse or excessive force will not be covered by this warranty. ▍ Returns & Exchanges Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable, except in cases of shipping errors or significant defects. Other products are eligible for one size exchange only, provided that the desired size is in stock. If the requested size is unavailable, an exchange cannot be made.
