1. In support of environmental protection, please bring your own reusable bag for the course.
2. Punctuality is required for all attendees. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to attend.
3. Refund Policy:
◆ For no-shows without prior notice, a 50% deduction for material costs will be applied to the refund.
◆ Cancellations made within three days before the course will be refunded after deducting material costs.
◆ Cancellations made four days or more before the course are eligible for a full refund.
4. In the event of refunds or course cancellations, Hua Cao You Xi will handle all invoice adjustments.
5. Hua Cao You Xi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this event.
**《 Preservation Method 》**
◎ To prevent staining and sticking, keep floral materials away from clothing, walls, wooden cabinets, or painted wooden furniture.
◎ If flowers become dusty, gently blow them clean with an air blower or the cool setting of a hairdryer.
◎ Place in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
◎ Avoid placing in dark, humid locations, as this can lead to mold.
◎ With proper care, the arrangement can last for over 12 months. Natural fading and color changes over time are normal.
